The mission of ALPA is to contribute to a liveable planet for present and future generations through securing and agroecological stewardship of farmland, through bioregional regeneration efforts as well as the protection of extant biodiversity. ALPA’s main focus is its own bioregion in Transylvania, Romania.

Inauguration

What is better, than to inaugurate the bird panel with 120 children from the village?

We call this day a success – with laughter, songs, crafts and a parade through the village with the mayor along our side!

ALPA at the Rosehip Festival

For the first time ever ALPA participated in the Rosehip Festival in Sâncraiu (Szentkirály). We offered bike tours to the bird panels and had a lovely time connecting to others. We are proud to announced that many people have support young farmers by buying a m2 of farmland for them.

Film Screening and Discussion

We are preparing to to come to Cluj-Napoca with our informative ALPA documentary to talk to you about the future of farming and discuss who will be our future farmers? This screening & discussion will be in Romanian this time. Prepare yourself for November!
