GDPR AGREEMENT
As of 25 May 2018, Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “the Regulation”) is applied by all European Union Member States. This Regulation aims to create a uniform and unitary legislative framework across the European Union that no longer requires national implementing measures.
The Association Access la Pamant pentru Agroecologie- A.L.P.A. with headquarters in Sat. Alunisu, Comuna Sancraiu, nr. 49, Cluj County, with Tax Registration Code 39446417, represented by Szocs-Boruss Miklos Attila, as president, aligns itself with the provisions of the Regulation and informs you of the following:
In its capacity as controller, the Association processes, as far as it is concerned, the following categories of personal data:
The personal data we process are mainly your existing data in our database, relating to your name and email address or other personal data we collect directly from you (online registration, email address, phone number, education, status) when you become a potential volunteer or participant in our activities.
Purposes for which personal data is processed:
We process personal data only for legitimate purposes, such as to provide you with information on the presentation of the social, educational and cultural projects we carry out (information on the project’s mission, logistics, organisation, etc.), to improve and develop their communication and organisation. The processing of personal data is always based either through other third parties (Facebook, Instagram), by direct application on our website www.acceslapamant.ro or www.alpa.land or email on contact@alpa.land and contact.alpa.romania@gmail.com , on your consent if you have expressed your choice in this regard.
* in the event that it becomes necessary for your data to be further processed for purposes other than those for which it was collected, mentioned above, prior to any processing, we will provide you with information about the new purposes and any additional relevant information.
Basis of processing:
The basis for which we collect and manage your personal data is primarily your consent, given in connection with the presentation of opportunities for volunteering projects , involvement in the running of these projects and the presentation of opportunities to participate in cultural events, fundraising, promotion of our campaigns run for the benefit of the community. At the same time, the basis is also a legal one and is based on the cultural relationship of the activity that has arisen between us,
Association Acces la Pamant pentru Agroecologie – A.L.P.A., and participant, beneficiary or collaborator, by presenting the opportunities of cultural, social and educational projects and your possible involvement, but also a legitimate, necessary and indispensable basis for the development of cultural, social and educational activities of the Association Acces la Pamant pentru Agroecologie – A.L.P.A., provided by the Regulation.
Duration of storage:
Your personal data is processed throughout our contractual relationship and for a maximum of 5 years after its termination.
Your data may not be used for any other purpose, nor may it be subject to automated decisions based solely on automatic processing.
Please note that you have the following rights:
– the right to have access to your data: you may request to be informed of the categories of personal data that are processed, the purpose for which the processing takes place, the period for which they are expected to be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; the existence of an automated decision-making process including profiling;
– the right to request rectification of the data: if there are errors in the data processed about you, you can request their correction; if the data are incomplete, you can request their completion. The rectification will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data have been transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts;
– the right to request restriction of data processing: you have the right to request restriction of data processing in the following situations: if you have contested the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the data; if the processing is unlawful and you are the subject of a complaint; or if the processing is unlawful and you are the subject of a complaint. if you object to the erasure of the personal data and request instead the restriction of their use; if the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but you request them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; if you have objected to the processing for a period of time during which the legitimate rights of the controller are checked to see whether they prevail over your rights;
– the right to request erasure of data: you may request erasure of the data processed if the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed, if you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing; if you object to the processing and there are no legitimate grounds for the processing; personal data have been unlawfully processed; personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation.
– Right to object to processing: you have the right to object to the processing of your data if it relates to direct marketing. You may also object to the processing unless the controller demonstrates that it has legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or that the purpose of the processing is to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;
– the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing. You will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
All these rights can be exercised by a request to the undersigned, as controller. If you consider that your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
