Lars is a Veterinary Surgeon and Agroecological Peasant Farmer. With over 25 years of experience in food production systems, he believes that reconnecting to the land and the soil has far reaching positive effects, on personal, regional and global levels. Besides ALPA, Lars co-founded and runs Provision Transylvania, an example farm and centre for Agroecology and NonViolence.

Attila has a masters in Environmental Engineering in Agriculture. He is passionate about the socially and environmentally fair use of farmland. Having extensive knowledge and experience in national and European land and rural development policies, he coordinated several reports and policy analysis on farmland management, agroecology and rural development and currently advocates for the implementation of agroecology both on a territorial and farm level.

Brândușa has masters degrees both in Environmental Governance and Rural Development. She puts her knowledge where her heart is: by putting a shoulder in founding ALPA and by her active membership in ASAT,, the Romanian community supported agriculture movement. Besides her support of initiatives both national and international, she has been inspired to engage in farming as a newcomer and is creating edible merchandise for markets in Stanciova, a village close to Timisoara.

Cristian is a multifaceted individual with a passion for nature, music, art, and web development. These diverse interests have shaped him into a well-rounded person who appreciates thebeauty in both the natural and human-designed world.

Robyn has an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and works as a Nonviolent Communication consultant. She offers encouragement and support to the ALPA team in terms of organisational structuring, human relations, and leadership. She is co-founder of Provision Transylvania, an example farm and center for Agroecology and NonViolence.
SJOERD WARTENA

Sjoerd is a retired goat and herb farmer in the Provence, France. He co-founded Terre de Liens, the original Access to Land organisation in Europe. He also worked for the establishment of the European Network for Access to Land for Agroecology. Now retired, Sjoerd puts his attention and enthusiasm toward the support of emerging initiatives like ALPA.

Li An Phoa is a watershed system’s thinker & actor. Trained in whole system ecology, philosophy and business, she acts as social innovator cross-pollinating relations among people, disciplines and industries. She initiates projects on landscapes, food and water. She mobilises experts and citizens in watersheds towards Drinkable Rivers, indicators for healthy living. Ana-Maria is an illustrator who loves working with watercolours. She is involved in creative projects working with methods of non-formal education, organising workshops and summer camps for children and teenagers.
